NEW .....  EAST FREMANTLE RIVERSIDE MARKETS . This will be a monthly market (3rd Sunday) at Norm McKenzie Park;  9:00 -1:00pm .....   HELPERS are welcome!

This year (2018) on march 4th, we did the Clean-Up Australia Day down at our Norm Mckenzie Park. A lovely day and a success with 19 people participating. We shall do it again next year as well!

East Fremantle George St Fair .....  No 1 site ;  selling LIONS Christmas cakes & out photo-booth. An annual event the 1st Sunday of December each year, and a big and fun-filled day for us.

LIONS sausage sizzles when we can get ourselves organised!

SWING NIGHTS  ....  we sponsored a Swing Night at Swan Yacht Club in Dec 2016 ....  more to come!

THEATRE NIGHT with Harbour Theatre Co of Fremantle  ....   more to come!

We collect newspaper for recycling ....  good for the environment and helps our club.

Garage Sales .....   we have participated regularly with the Sunday Melville Markets Swap meet ....   a great day!

We collect 1000's of spectacles for LIONS .... they go to poor countries where spectacles are just too expensive for most people.

We participate in LIONS Children of Courage ....  acknowledging and rewarding kids and their families for being heroic in so many ways.

Christmas Cake Sales in various outlets (our friends and businesses) and at Bunnings Melville ... you may have seen us there.

Several "Garage Sales" per year, usually at Melville Plaza on the Sunday Morning.

LIONS membership drives ....  usually at Melville Plaza ...  offering the chance for people to "give back" !

ANNUAL Cricket match (with Fremantle LIONS Club) at Rockingham ....  we play against the team of people with disability & then a BBQ ....on the water's edge, and a great day.

CHRISTMAS dinner with club members and friends .... normally a Chinese feed ....  a friendly and informal dinner.

During the year we have impromptu 'dinner and sports night'  ....  a few drinks and games of pool/snooker. A lot of fun.

LIONS have some more formal events during the year, and weekend meetings for leadership training at their camp at Myalup.

2017 (3rd November) we have our venerable member Cyril being up for being chosen into the LIONS Hall of Fame.  We attend to support our club and Cyril. This is a more formal dinner/occasion where perhaps 100 attend.
